My Birthday in Plymouth

Happy 10th Birthday!

Happy Birthday! Guess what, you'll never guess that today I went to Plymouth! One cool thing we saw was a replica of the Mayflower. It's really cool! The bunks are gross and the boat smells. There was a little boat next to the big boat. It's like a dinghy.

Today we also went to a museum. Cole, Kak and I did a treasure hunt. It was really cool. We also saw a rock. It was the first thing a pilgrim touched. It is only half its real size. The sweetest thing we did today was go to a candy store! I got salt water taffy and got more candy. A guy named Larry took us on a walking tour around Plymouth. We learned a ton about its history.

Today I'm in Provincetown. We were just in the middle of a thunder, hail, and lightning storm. We "sailed" off our anchor with a big gust of wind. We "sailed" past a boat that was at least 50 feet in front of us. Also during the storm, Kak, Cole and I watched the "Incredibles". One time, something happened (BOOM) in the movie and at the same time there was a loud clap of thunder. We had a really good dinner. We haaaaaaaaaad TACOS!

Today we went to P-town. I got "Blubber" and Kak got a journal and another book. We also got sailor's knot bracelets.

July 8th, 2007

Today we went to the Cape Cod Canal! The current was so strong. We were going 12 knots with only a motor and current. It took us only about an hour to get through.
